1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the customer") and TechnoDucks Inc ("we", "our", "us"), the operator of the Apply for ESTA website at apply-for-esta.com (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, placing an order, or submitting any information, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What we do

We provide a paid assistance service that helps travelers prepare, review, and submit an application for the U.S. Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). We check the information you provide for obvious errors and completeness, forward your application to the official ESTA system, and provide customer support in English throughout the process.

Our fee is a service fee for this assistance. It is separate from, and charged in addition to, any official government fee required to process an ESTA application.

3. What we are not

• We are not a government agency and do not act on behalf of the U.S. government, CBP, or DHS.
• We do not decide, influence, or guarantee the outcome of any ESTA application. Approval, denial, and revocation decisions rest solely with the U.S. authorities.
• We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or immigration advice.
• Using our Service is optional. You may apply directly at the official U.S. government website, potentially for a lower total cost.

4. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information, including passport details, that matches your travel documents.
• Confirming that you are eligible to travel under the Visa Waiver Program before applying.
• Reviewing all information before authorizing submission. Once submitted to the U.S. authorities, some details cannot be changed.
• Ensuring you have the legal authority to submit an application on behalf of any other person for whom you place an order.

We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information that you supply.

5. Fees and payment

The total price shown at checkout includes our service fee and, where applicable, the official government fee that we remit on your behalf. The breakdown is displayed before you confirm your order. Payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

6. No guarantee of approval

An ESTA is a travel authorization, not a visa or a guarantee of entry into the United States. Even with an approved ESTA, admission is determined by a CBP officer at the port of entry. We do not and cannot guarantee that your application will be approved or that you will be permitted to enter the United States.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, layout, and branding, is owned by TechnoDucks Inc and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid to us for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed travel, denied entry, or decisions made by the U.S. authorities. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of those rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Service at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes take effect when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
